Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns
- Refunds are only applicable for defective or damaged items.
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if an item is defective.
- Proof (e.g., clear photographs) must be submitted via email to info@rugsdecor.co.za for evaluation.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are not defective or damaged are not eligible for return or refund.
- Sale or clearance items are final and cannot be returned.
3. Process for Returns
If your return request is approved:
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was delivered in error or arrived damaged.
4. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- You will be notified via email of approval or rejection.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges unless the item is defective and a replacement is available.
- Please enquire if you would like to request an exchange.
6. Cancellation
- By Rugs & Decor: We may cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or fraud concerns. Refunds will be processed if payment was collected.
- By You: Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. No cancellations are possible once an order has shipped.
- In cases of product unavailability, Rugs & Decor will refund the client in full within 7 working days.
