316 x 268cm Hand Knotted Antique Persian Mashad – Floral Wool Rug

A striking antique Mashhad Persian rug, hand-knotted in Iran from 100% wool and estimated to be approximately 70–80 years old.

The rug features an elaborate floral medallion on a rich red field, framed by deep navy corner panels and multiple blue, red and orange floral borders. Its traditional design, finely detailed motifs and naturally aged colours give it wonderful character.

Dimensions: approximately 316 × 268 cm (10’4″ × 8’10”).

The rug shows age-related wear, including areas of reduced pile, fading and historic repairs, as pictured. These signs are consistent with its age and contribute to its authentic, time-worn appearance.
